The history of agriculture in the Age of Discovery (it means the ancient period) and Early modern era was nearly close to the expressions of European culture and cultivation. In 1495's the world's agricultural patterns were shuffled for the exchange of plants and animals called as the Columbian Transfer for exchange. Crops and animals were only known in the ancient World and now it is transplanted to the New world and vice versa. Perhaps, the tomato became a favorite dish in European cuisine, maize and potatoes were widely Spreaded. Other exchanged crops like pineapple, cocoa, grapes and tobacco. In the other direction, grains like wheat strains quickly spread around to the western hemisphere soils and became a main dietary even for North.
